It's that time of year, isn't it ? It's all about territory for robins now, until next February.

I think I have an established relationship with my robin now  . While I was putting the food out this morning he landed on a nearby shrub and stayed there looking at me and chirping :D . Such a charmer

A robin was staying in the hedge a lot today. Coming out now and again to the bird table for food.

I've been hearing my robin sing during the night, at all hours  . Has anyone come across such a behaviour? It doesn't sound right hearing a bird sing in the middle of the night

Oh it might be that than Willpar  , I wouldn't say bright lights, but its a city, high street is nearby, street lights and all that. I just hope it gets enough sleep, hearing it in the middle of the night is a bit disturbing
