Glaslyn and Loch Arkaig cams not running yet. Thought they would be.

Loch of the Lowes cam off line at the moments - appears to be a wee problem.

Post by Loch of the Lowes staff announcing NCO's return.

NC0 has returned to Loch of the Lowes for her third season here in Perthshire. She landed on the nest at 6:14pm yesterday and was soon joined by her mate, male osprey LM12.

NC0 is back on the nest!
Despite spending more than half a year living separate lives established osprey pairs quickly settle into life on the nest. Shortly after landing NC0 could be heard loudly demanding to be fed.

The pair attempted to breed early this morning, and LM12 brought a fish to the nest at around 9am.

if all goes well we should see NC0 laying her first egg in a few weeks’ time. Keep watching our webcam to avoid missing a thing!

I found this video really funny, this male osprey keeps bringing soft toys into the nest

Cam up and running at Loch Arkaig. They have two cams now. Cam 1 in on the nest that Louis and Aila (didn't return last year) used for several years. Cam 2 is on the nest used by Louis and Dorcha last year.

Loch Arkaig now have two nests with cams.

Cam 1 - On the nest where Louis and Aila raised a few families - last time two years ago (2020).

Cam 2 - New nest where Louis and Dorcha (his new female - Aila didn't return) raised there first family last year.
