I had 8 turn up today at breakfast time. I had to disturb them as two had decided that the hanging feeders were the place to be seen. They never returned. In the past they would fly off for a few minutes and then return and so it would go on until either they or myself became fed up with the game.

Whatever spooked my ferals has gone from their memories. They were back at full strength today pillaging the hanging feeders as though nothing had happened.

Walter the one-legged pigeon was around today. He seems to have joined up with a small flock of 4 or 5 other ferals rather than attending alone.

About 20 ferals were with me at breakfast time this morning. If they could learn to behave they would be very welcome.
