Re: Buzzards
A buzzard today . It hove into view from across my southern shoulder, described a few majestic circles overhead and went on its way, proceeding in a northerly direction.
'Evenin' all.

Re: Buzzards
Solitary low-flying buzzard today. Treetop high, but those particular trees are pretty high; low for a buzzard though.
Just circled once in the sunshine and then circled off. "My" birds immediately came back and normal service was resumed.
P'raps it was just curiosity ........

Have you been sun bathing in the back yard again? You may have looked like a Haggi from that height what with the tartan shorts and little winter white legs.Placido wrote:Solitary low-flying buzzard today. Treetop high, but those particular trees are pretty high; low for a buzzard though.

2 bustards circling on high yestoady. First of the season. Went outside and could hear them barking.
Barking bustards have little effect on my regulars .
