Believe you are right placi. He did have an injured one that he fed away from the flock.

How did he manage to do that? They tend to follow each other and as soon as they see one eating from a dish apart from the others they go to check out what is there on offer

No no don't feel bad, you are one of the lucky ones to have Sturks around

If I remember right butterfly, bikeys starling stayed around his garden all day. Do believe it used a starling box that he had in the garden. Not sure what happened to it as it was years ago at another forum.

Have just checked butterfly, was not another forum it was here. Just look in starlings thread and it starts on page 4.

Another rare visitor came to the garden this morning. A Goldcrest no less. Not seen one in a while. Just keeps getting better.
