Finally saw some this morning. I had 4 baby blue tits on my feeders..... until a big great tit came along and they all scooted in to the tree opposite :)

I think my local Swifts must have fledglings on the wing now as I caught sight of one being fed in mid air. :)
PS In about 3 weeks they'll all be gone on their way back to Africa :(

Pity they leave so quickly - I haven't seen one yet. Come to think of it, no HMs either. That's unusual.

I saw a baby pied wagtail this week. I rarely see pied wagtails, so to see a baby was fab :clap:

We are dog sitting at the sister-in-law's house and they have lots of pieds.

I'm still seeing fledglings in my garden.
I have a wood pigeon that likes to visit every day. And today I've just seen a baby jackdaw.

I am not at all surprised by the Woody but the Jackdaw is a rare one for this time of year. I thought they were a single brood bird and that is usually in the Spring but I suppose there are exceptions to every rule.

The Woodies are still churning out the youngsters. I had a fledgling in the garden today. :)
