It's quite likely is the same one. I'm wondering why it's making an appearance as they are usually very secretive at this time of year. :shrug:

Got even closer to the cock pheasant, over at the micro copse this morning. In fact I got that close it pecked my hand. Not hard but was a bit surprised. What`s the saying, don't peck the hand that feeds you.

A jay today - actually feeding in the garden :nod:.
All was quiet. I hadn't long put the second breakfast out; looked out and there was a jay all alone really tucking in to the mixed food. Watched it for about 2 minutes. That's a record I think :yes:
