This is what I saw this morning. A magpie tucking into the starling food. Don't know how long it was there. A few starlings on the roof waiting.

A closer view.



Managed to get within around 10 feet of the feeder in the hawthorn this morning. Nice selection of visitors.

Snapped these Sri Lankan pelicans on TV today whilst we were playing a very small part in our greatest One-Day International defeat, ever :weep:.
Actually there were about 11 pelicans but I couldn't get them all on screen at the same time. They might have played a better game .....

I had very busy feeders today ,and a lot of winter visitors have now started to arrive.
