I had to fish out a dead frog today :( I not sure if was a victim of the cold or just natural causes.

Seen some frog spawn today on my walk. But it was all dirty from dogs splashing about in the water.

This evenings rain has brought many of the Frogs out of the pond. A quick count of sixteen on the pea gravel by the ponds and plenty of croaks.

A rough count of about forty frogs today. Spawn amounts are increasing and the signs are we shall have a near record amount this year. But wait, there is a dark cloud on the horizon and it is possibly "beast from the east Mk.2" :cold2: :snow:

I think the Frogs have already got wind of the possible change in the weather. Only about half of yesterdays total were to be seen. :frog: :bolt:
