Here is another update on the Otter Beavers. They caught 5 and have tested them. There seems that 3 more kitts could still be in the river but can be caught later for testing.

Some jobsworths have had a high old time with this one. Now they'll study the poor put-upon things and at the end of 5 years will argue that under no circumstances should they be moved, tested or otherwise interfered with. Another 5 years of testing are required ..... until something else crops up which needs meddling with.

What a carry on.
