Seen my first butterfly of the year while walking the lanes this morning. A peacock.

Well spotted Willpar. I had another Brimstone today.

A good one to have JS. Don't see them here very often. The peacock was a bit on the tatty side though.

Seen a Red Admiral down the woods of all places this morning. Did not settle long enough to get a shot of it.

The warm weather today brought me two Orange Tips and another Brimstone.

Great to see JS, been too wet here to go out looking.

While out and about this morning, two Red Admirals, a Peacock and a Speckled Wood.

My first Holly Blue of the year today which was delightful.

It is surprising what difference a few fine days make.

Sure is JS was a nice day for a change. Got a video clip of one of them.

Seen several white butterflies this morning, did make out that one was a small white. Also a speckled wood, a red admiral and a peacock. Was nice and sunny.
