I see it says that "Police officers conducted a search but found nothing!" Much too their relief I bet. If I was conducting a Lion hunt I'd want more than a truncheon and can of Pepper spray.. :nod:

There are constant reports of a Panther sized big cat in my area. Most recently a walker found the carcass of a fully grown sheep with it's throat ripped out and a good portion from around it's front legs missing. Far too much for a fox to have eaten even if it could have killed an adult sheep.
Nowadays with many people carrying phones which will take video pictures it is only a matter of time before we get positive proof.
