Spotted a holly blue today fluttering around, but never settled for long enough. Only the second have seen thus far.

Am seeing peacocks everywhere at the moment. Five on one or a group of plants this morning. Kind of begs the question, can they delay emerging from the chrysalis for more favourable conditions?

Many more butterflies around today. Only one Peacock but plenty of whites.

Seen two today hooked up, was a dark veined whitish pair.

A Painted Lady joined us a breakfast time. It settled in a sunny spot out of the wind and stayed for about three hours.

I had two Red Admirals in the garden today. The ivy blossom is at it's best currently and they were attracted by that.
