Lunchtime, hot and sunny: a cinnabar moth travelled directly from west to east right across the garden. Not only that but 10 seconds later, another followed exactly the same path.
Was this a prime example of pheromones at work ? Hope so .

Is the loosestrife growing in or around your extensive irrigation system, Jacksparrow ? Y'know, watering the vineyard and so forth.
