Well spotted Nuthatch. Not getting so many here lately, but eating most of the food.

It is my guess that I'm only getting one hog visiting at present. I am continuing to put out dried mealworms every evening and the bowl is clean in the morning though I suspect the Sturks are attending to any leftovers. :)

I set the trail cam last night and captured at least two hogs. There was one just at nightfall and two together around 12:30 am. I cannot say for certain that the first wasn't one of the two later on.
Photos from around 06:30 showed that the Sturks and Sturklets do polish off what mealworms the hogs don't eat. :)

Went out with the hedgehog food as per usual, The feeder under the pyracantha was a mess inside or so I thought. I realized that a hedgehog had built a nest inside, and hoggy was laid on top. Had to rummage around for the feeder bowl, that one is now in another feeder.

A first for me, just starting to put out the hedgehog food. There is one hedgehog resting up inside door feeder, another in a feeder at end of garden path, and another in feeder under the hedge. Did not think I had that many coming in for food. Lovely to see though.
