I had noticed the hog food I left out was suddenly disappearing and suspected I might be feeding a stray cat but today I found two separate Hog CCs around the garden so I think one has found me again.

I still have one hog visiting every night and last night was no different except that it chose to visit while my daughter was on my covered back patio doing physical exercises. She is aware that we get visited but she was not ready for how brave the hog was prepared to be to get to the food which is also on the back patio. She was lay on her exercise mat and the hog came up on the patio and walked right by her head. It then stayed until she finished.

Sometimes they can be quite fearless.

I think I now have two hogs visiting. My daughter could hear them when she went out the back of the house about midnight and all the food was eaten.

I am delighted to report that I saw not one but 2 hedgehogs in my garden last night, at the same time! :hedgehog: :rara:
Since I made my garden accessible for them by making 2 holes in my garden fence, I kept getting a glimpse of one (might be a different one every time  ) hedgehog coming for a bite to eat and some water, but I never saw 2 at the same time before. My garden hog restaurant seem to be getting busier :D . They seemed to be friendly, all was nice and calm around the trays

It's lovely when your efforts to attract a hog or two comes to fruition. They are delightful creatures and they are only too happy to gobble up any troublesome slugs while they are on site.
