A Wood Pigeon sitting on the arm of my settee in the lounge this morning. Mrs JS had left the patio door open and in it came. I am not certain but it could have been poorly pidge.
Really? It could be the poorly one, looking for shelter :)

I have seen poorly pidge a couple of times in the last 24 hours. It is still doing very odd neck movements but otherwise healthy.
Thats good news Jack, it will probably recover, they are tough birds

My starlings can all self feed now and the peace should have returned, but it did only partially because they now squabble and fight all the ti...

Re: BEES

A bloody spider built a web in my wallflower and one bee got caught in it, found it dead earlier :( . I can't believe it managed to build it so fast, I watered it just early last evening and there was nothing. Damn it, I will check it constantly from now on :(

A bit windy at Loch of the Lowes. Haven't seen the chicks for a few days.
I haven't watched it for a great length of time, but I take a look from time to time, and unfortunately haven't had luck so far to see chicks. Hopefully soon :) . I hope they are ok

If had been a Greenfinch I would have said tricho for sure. :( Sorry to hear that Jack, its always sad to see a sick bird :( . You never know, it might recover. Lets keep our fingers cro...
